The purpose of this Personal Date Protection Policy is your information and the provision of relevant information regarding the compliance, collection, save, use and processing of your personal data as well as the provision of information for your respective rights.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it.
When you directly register to make a reservation or use our services and upon your check-in, we may ask you to provide certain personal information including:
Data related to your ID (name and surname – nationality – date / place of birth etc, tax number and tax authority, ID number and/or passport, profession),
Information/ Data related to your stay (reservation details, duration of stay, number of guests, information on consumption of goods etc),
Information / Data related to your preferences / desires (special desires for food, allergies etc),
Contact details (contact address – postal address – email address – mobile phone number) and
Information/ Data regarding payment method (credit cards, debit cards, expiry date, cvv, type of card, holder’s name etc).
Purpose of Collection of Information.
We process your personal data in accordance with the EU Regulations for the following reasons:
1.For the performance of our contract: In order to carry out our obligations with respect to any contractual agreements between us (reservation and payment of the transfer or other premises and provision of relevant services, supply of additional services, mediation / support for the use of means of transport and payment processing, issue of relevant invoice etc)
2. In order to serve our and third party legitimate business interests. For example: in order to offer similar/related services, for your best service at a future booking, to inform you about programs / promotions / discounts and / or other promotional actions, calling or sending messages / forms within the Customer Satisfaction Survey etc.
3.In order to comply with a legal obligation.
4. If you have given us your valid consent for the processing.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data
